The World Ends With You iOS Release Leaked

A few days ago, this countdown site popped up. Many speculated that Square Enix would announce a sequel to the much acclaimed ‘The World Ends With You”. Alas, a leak throught Square Enix’s own online shop revealed that there will be a iOS port of the game, meaning that you’ll be able to play TWEWY on your iPhone or iPad.
Below you can see a screenshot of the leak, which was revealed in the description for the game’s soundtrack CD. The iOS version will have the new track arrangements used in Kingdom Hearts 3D. So it seems that with this port and the character appearances in Kingdom Hearts 3D, The World Ends With You is in no way forgotten by Square Enix. There’s still hope yet for a sequel. We’d just have to wait a bit longer. But for now, let’s just hope that online functionality is added so we can play Tin Pin Slammer online.
